See All ReviewsFood was great. However there was only 2 people working up front and they tried their best however they were overwhelmed and serviced suffered. Do them and everybody a favor and hire more FOH!
A perfect eatery in Princeton IL. Definitely try the salmon 😋 it is always cooked to perfection 👌 the staff are knowing of the menu well. Over all I really enjoy this place.
My son and went in at lunch time and it was pretty busy. We both had the tomato soup, and I had a grilled ham and cheese, and my son had a fried chicken sandwich with Swiss cheese. The food was decent and cooked well. Both of our sandwiches were crispy and not soggy. We both felt the tomato soup was very fresh tasting, but pasta sauce adjencent. I thought the dinner menu looked interesting, with some dishes you don't normaly see in a small town. The service was meh. Neither of us got refills, and we were pretty much ignored by our server. But it was busy, and it looked like they only had two servers for the busy lunch time. The atmosphere was cozy, and even though it busy, it wasn't to loud. In all, a very solid and slightly upscale place to grab a bite to eat.
